When Pamada asked team scope to create the marketing campaign for The Residence Hyde Park we knew that we needed to design an approach that was stylish, understated and elegant, allowing the benefits of this incredible property to shine.

The stunning location of The Residence made positioning it as ‘Sydney’s Heart’ a natural choice, and team scope set about designing an eight-week press campaign aimed toward the most discerning investors. The series of full-page, half-page and quarter-page inserts featured in mainstream and property publications, where the striking use of black space showcased the spectacular location photographs and differentiated The Residence from surrounding advertisements. A subtle heart motif provided a visual link to the key concept, and emotive text complemented the imagery, unveiling the delights that residents will enjoy in their new life in the heart of the harbour city.
