While most of the focus of any brand project is on creating the right impression for customers, it’s just as important to tell your brand story inside the organisation. It’s about telling your team – and potential team members – what makes you different, why your organisation matters, and why they should bound out of bed every morning to be a part of it. Having been through a rebrand of our own last year, and making the transition to become the new team scope design, we knew we needed to capture some of the most important aspects of our internal brand for ourselves. The result is the (frankly) way-cool team scope design brand charter booklet. Using bold language, inspirational images and stunning design it reminds us and tells others what we believe, what we value and what we’re here to achieve every day.
